Please note the guesthouse is not suitable for people with mobility impairments.
🚗 Parking - Free upon request. Located in the building’s garage (height limit: 1.94m). Suitable for standard vehicles only.
🍽️ Full kitchen - electric cooker, oven, kettle, microwave and toaster. Fridge with freezer. tea and herbal infusions, a Nespresso machine and a water dispenser.
🌐 Internet connection - Ultra-fast Wi-Fi at 100 Mbps.
🔒 Utilities - a safe, an ironing kit, a hairdryer, and a kit with essential items you may have forgotten at home.
Access
Located on the ground floor, it offers secure and easy access from the street or the underground garage, serviced by an elevator.
Ground Floor
The kitchen, living area and outdoor patio are on the ground floor. Here you will find a pullout couch, dining table and 40' TV.
Mezzanine
The bedroom, bathroom and walk-in wardrobe are on the top floor with staircase access

Situated in the prestigious Parioli district, this guesthouse offers an authentic and refined Roman experience.
